If you'll just start this, it's going to seem like nothing's happening. You may even think that it's just like all the other ones and it's going to suck, but it's only going to suck for six months and two days or, and then you're going to get the results. Or it's only going to hurt and it's only going to suck and you're only going to feel overwhelmed for three days. Or you're only going to go through this transformation, this change, this challenge for a year. I'm talking like 365 days and on 366, it's all over and you're going to get what you want. Could you stick it out if you had the exact date that when it was going to stop and when it was going to ease up? Most of us. Would be like game on like I could withstand anything because that's just me It's like when I get in cryo and it's really cold i'm watching the clock and if I didn't know what time it was I don't know. I may just get out because I don't know but I can see the clock ticking down I can do it a little bit longer because we know This is why we have a trauma informed approach to fitness and a trauma informed approach to life and business The reason that we don't stick with things, the reason that we give up, the reason that we, the first challenge that comes along, or we were afraid of spending money because we don't know when more money is going to come in. if I do this, will I be okay? If I do this, is it going to work? If I do this, we're avoiding pain. We don't know when it's going to stop. That's what causes us to get stuck is that we don't know when it's going to end. So if you knew when it was going to end, you would do it. Casey, how do we bridge the gap because nobody knows. Emotional intelligence work. This is the work that we do. I have a quiz and it's called the fitness blocker. It shows you like, here's why you're stuck. And when you dive into that and you understand wow, okay, there's way more to fitness hormones, even, even if you've been doing HRT, if you've been doing all the right things and you're stuck with weight, if there's a, if you just feel stuck with weight, I know I've been there where I've just feel stuck. I'm doing all the right things and I feel stuck. Like I can't add any more muscle. My body fat's not dropping anymore. Like just stuck. What if you knew exactly how long this was going to last and then when you were going to break free? This whole energy would shift over you. You would feel calm. You would feel relaxed, poised. You would even feel grateful. You would enjoy the journey. This is why clearing your trauma and understanding how to regulate the nervous system will help you to become the successful woman you've always wanted to be. It's the missing link that will make everything else work. Now, do you need the right resources? Yeah. You're going to need the hormone doctors that we use, the food and gut tests, the exact workouts and nutrition programming to your unique genetic makeup. However, the deciding factor is if you're going to even be able to apply it and stick with it is this aspect. So if you want to increase your emotional intelligence, clear the trauma, heal the nervous system, learn how to regulate, learn how to call in that trust. And create this new world inside of yourself so that the outside then reflects and can start releasing. I got you This is the missing piece you learn how to do this and look it's not going to be easy This is going to require you to actually do some work when it comes to sitting through the storm, but the storm will end. But it's up to you to sit down and do the clearings. Tap into the content so that you understand. Okay. Here's what's happening. And here's what to do That's all I'm gonna say go back and rewatch this a couple of times to understand truly Knowing how every one of us if we had the end date. Hey, you're only gonna struggle for six months And then it's all gonna be over Hey, this is only gonna carry on for three months and then after that you're in the clear. Everything's good your stay game Your motivation, your mindset, your daily gratitude, your joy, your bliss, your everything would change and shift. You would be a different person.
