Anyway, so I'm at the gym and I see this girl, man, she's going in, she's going in lots of girls. Hell, I was in the babe cave this morning and what the babe cave is where women can go. Hide out and they've got all the weight equipment. It is what it is. I was in there, lots of girls in there today. There was this woman, she's attractive woman. She looked to be middle aged like most of my followers, most of my audience, most of my buyers, people that I help. By the way, been doing this for 15 years. Very successful fitness model. That's why women gain weight, lose weight, gain weight, lose weight, because their baseline, their nervous system is not someone that can hold success. This is the days where J-Lo, Dolly Parton and Cher are fucking 90 years old and they're banging. Okay. This is not the time to be like. I'm perimenopause, and that means I've got cellulite and stretch marks and flabby skin and it's beautiful. Fuck that shit. Listen, women's flex is their body, so if you wanna buy into that bullshit, go ahead. I'm not gonna do it. I'm not shaming it. I'm calling it what it is. I know what makes women feel damn good, and that's what I'm here for. So her body looked like it just wasn't toned. It was like, I'm like, damn, she's over there busting ass. I'm working out. Not even as hard as she is. I've got a total hysterectomy too. I already, she's still fucking bleeding every once a month. I'm not. Like total hysterectomy. So how do I do it? Alright. She's over there kicking ass. Sweating and her body, like she has like fat on her arms, all this stuff. Maybe she just started day, fuck. I don't know. It's Monday. Most women start every Monday and then they fall off by Wednesday. It is what it is. If you wanna stop that shit, start working with me. So her body, there's no tone. And I'm like, all right, gotcha. I watch her walk.'cause here's why you can tell, like you can tell if somebody's, just like in an off season, you can tell if somebody's fuck. I have off seasons where it's like. I ain't tracking that much. I'm really la. I got some extra body fat on me, but it's like it's still shapely. It's still you can tell that I've worked out, so I'll look at her ass. This is a telltale way to see if women are like, what's up? Because I've seen women who make$25 million and they're skinny as shit. And they say they work out a lot, but they have no ass. They have no fucking ass. They have no ass. They're those white women type vibes where it's no ass. There's zero ass. And I'm sorry if I'm gonna show up to the gym every day.
