Only, or like your hormones only is like trying to heal heartbreak with a fucking grocery list. You're doing it wrong. Women find me when they're finally ready to be called out on their bullshit and heal the root cause. I know the root cause. I see this everywhere now. You know when I came on the map in 2020, trauma informed fitness. And we would say like root cause. Now everybody fucking says root cause and everybody's saying It's your hormones, it's your gut, it's fucking something else. No. The root issue is within your nervous system. And if you want, by the way, I actually put together something today that's seven. Here I'll tell you exactly what's in it. It's actually a fucking bomb. I'll just read it to you straight from right here. It is a list if you want it, comment, dominate or just dm e dominate. And it's a, it is a Google Doc. Seven things on it that is very cut and dry. It's not anything fancy, it's just what you need to fucking know. It's what's gonna move the needle. If you are 99. If you are 50, if you're 30, here's the deal. I'm 39 total hysterectomy. Two kids via C-section. Married 20 years, self-made millionaire help thousands of people. Oh, and if my face is still recovering from. A laser, so it looks really weird right now. So the, here's what it's got. It's gonna go over discipline. Which kind of discipline do you actually need? What do you not need? Just I give you straight up, like this is how long it is. Everybody thinks that I've gotta be more disciplined, I need to be more motivated. No, you need to fucking heal your nervous system and your survival programming. Everybody thinks too oh, I do mindset work, or I journal. Oh, okay. Really? That's why I'm still fucking stuck. It's, you have to train your body to feel safe.'cause right now your body is doing what it's doing because it doesn't, it feels like it's. In survival, like it's being chased all the time. You doing your diet, all the things. You, 30, how old are you? 30. 40 years of compounded fucking charges. You've never discharged from your body. You don't even know how, when we say relax, you think it's like sitting on the couch doing nothing or sitting on the beach drinking fucking white claws. No. That's why no. So talk, we talk about skipping meals just the type of discipline you need versus. The wrong type and you've been operating with the wrong type of fucking discipline. Period. End of story. The next one is, oh, this one's so good. Eating fat. So many, I feel like my titties is gonna fall up. Maybe it won't. Maybe it won't. Stand there. Stand there. Eating the right fat. Fat, the macro fat is actually what helps your body feel safe. This is what makes your hormones feel like. It's okay. It's okay. Low fat will destroy your health so quickly. Same with low carbs, protein. And listen I got nothing but love for protein as well, but low fat, fuck you up, man. Fat is such a good thing. But there's a certain gram, I went over this in the Masterminds today, mastermind today, and I said, don't go over a certain percentage. And if you're in the Mastermind, you're in the. Any of my work, you should have the hormonal macro calculator. Whether or not you try macros or not, you need to know that. And if you're not using AI, then I don't even know what the fuck you're doing. Even if you don't track your food, you can get the macro calculator and tell AI what you're trying to do. I give you all the stuff. I give you all the stuff, but look, you have to eat a lot of fat. Now the next one is, oh, this one's good. Your nervous system doesn't trust you. That's why when you do the things, you just gain it back or, you've got chronic illness. All that are just deep somatic stuck charges and the body still thinks that it's not safe. What we do is help you to help it to feel safe within 24 hours once you get hooked up with hot mom's ai. Okay, the next one is okay training. Training hard. Most women, I have videos on this too, will go work out. They'll do their workouts and their exercise because it's like, they don't like how their body looks, so they don't like how their body looks, so they're gonna go beat it into submission. You're never gonna fucking get the body. If you do, you'll be the most miserable bitch on the planet. There's a different way to work out that's way more expansive, that you'll get way better results and you'll be. Actually what you think you're gonna be when you get the body, which is you think right now that it's gonna make you happy? It will. But we talked about this before. You're gonna feel the same emotions regardless. It's like money. You're still gonna, it's not gonna eradicate you. It's not gonna it's like it's an amplifier. It's an amplifier. So there are a thousand ways to get fit. I work with women who don't like to do that much work. We don't like to sweat, like we like looking fucking good and we don't give a shit how old we are. I'm so if you buy into that bullshit about menopause and do this for all, you're fucking you are working with women who have given up like it to me saying that, I need to plan for menopause, I need to plan for perimenopause. That is say, that's just that is to me, just saying that it is an excuse. You're fucking aging, period. That's, you could just say like you're a mom. Yes, you're gonna need different things, but not that fucking different. Are you gonna need different shit than when you're 20? Yeah. But no, no shit people right now, I feel it's just a hot marketing thing. Same thing with that somatic exercise shit, like Sure, can you release trauma from your hips? Yeah. But if you don't know how to feel. What good is it gonna fucking do? You know what I'm saying? What fucking good is it gonna do this menopause shit? Heal your gut shit? Like, why wouldn't you just get to the root issue with this in your fucking nervous system and then give your body the right stuff. Take the food and gut test that we use, get with our hormones. Make sure you, your adrenals are solid. Like then a lady was asking, can you do it without taking something? I'm like, yeah, you can. Yeah. Like it's a nervous system. It is just your body feeling fucking safe. That's all it is. And most of you are in unsafe environments. You're people pleasing. You're working with fucking bitches. Thank you. You're working with fuck you're tolerating bullshit. You're resentful, you're feeling just like your kids are driving you crazy. Your body thinks it's in fucking survival mode. That's why. The things aren't working, and then you think that you need to wait the wait till everything's fucking perfect. These are the types of moms who, your kid got sick, or your kid's going through something hard so you know what? Okay. Oh, fucking oh, you don't feel good today. Oh, your kid's sick, or Your mom died. Fucking life goes on, baby. You're still gonna have to fucking feed yourself. You're still gonna have to cry. You're still gonna have to show the fuck up. And exercise your body like you can grieve and still grow your business and still fucking grow your body. I don't know where, but see that's the thing is you don't know how to hold that. You don't know how to hold the duality. There's, this is why women, you'll be looking at women, like me or other people and go, how the fuck do they do what they do? And they've endured so much pain. And they've gone through so much and they have such a full life. How are they doing it? It's called capacity. Nervous system training. Nervous system regulation regulated. And listen, I'm not fucking perfect. I will still be as unre, unregulated as fuck. I gotta clean my energy, I gotta clean energy some days. You know what I'm saying? Like all the time. So we're not striving for perfection. That's also toxic. Okay. You just need, you need a real bitch like me to give it to you straight. And I'm not gonna fucking lie to you because why would you pay me to fucking sugarcoat shit? No, it's not that I'm gonna hurt your feelings. I'm not trying to do that. But sometimes the truth hurts. But so does being fat and having fucking muffin top roll over your shorts and shit trying on clothes. And you're like, where did, where, what happened? Fucking cellulite and like butter hanging out from under your fucking shorts in the back and your ass hanging down where you can hold a pencil under your ass cheek and your fucking arms look flabby and you look old and you've got old looking knees. Middle aged shit like that is more painful than signing up for a fucking program and learning how to heal your nervous system. You know I'm fucking right. So there's that. Okay, so I go over that and the body rebuilds. So comment or dm e dominate and I'll send you that shit. All right, the next one. Oh, this one's a big one. Food Women in control. All right. God, so many women still think that carbs make them fat. Carbs are so good for your fucking thyroid, for muscle building, for everything, for your metabolism, like eating disorder, let's just call it what it is. Most of most women have fucking eating disorders. It's an unhealthy relationship with food. Your body doesn't feel safe, so if your body does not feel safe. And it goes on a diet. What the fuck do you think you're gonna get? You think you're gonna get results, and even if you do you think they're gonna last? What happens the second you let go on a girl's trip? You're just gonna spiral. This is why you need hot mom's. Ai. It catches the spiral before it even happens. I've had three, four people in my containers in the program just today saying AI is saving my life. Like the way you teach ai, Casey is saving my shit. That's it. And so if you have resistance around it, it's nothing more than resistance. That's all it is. Alright. This one is doing things alone. I don't even really even care to talk about this one. I, you can just get the, you can just get the dominate thing. And it talks about, number six is talking about doing it alone because so many people think, I have a coach, or I've had a coach before. That's not what I'm talking about. It is what I'm talking about. But it's more, it's deeper than that. I don't know about you are you tired of surface level fucking coaching where it's like pretty and polished everything, surface level, it is just, it is a persona. You just feel like it's a program. You just feel like it's a program. It's not. You don't see the person and the people as like real shit. Like what happens when you spiral? What happens when you fucking binge eat? What happens or when you want to binge? What happens when you have a run in with your toxic ex or some shit like that. There's some darker, shadow work. Most programs don't. Most health programs and fitness programs sure as shit don't talk about that, but it's the most important thing. We don't stay in our shit. We move forward. But I'm saying for me, I get fucking tired of that shit. I'm so tired. Are you tired of that? Are you tired of just perfect polished online coaches? I've shown up in my pajamas with splotchy skin from a laser, and probably need some makeup on, but I didn't feel like it today. I had a busy full day and this was when I chose to go live. So if me not getting done up offends you. Then fuck off. And for the rest of you, may it liberate the shit out of you. There you go. Shake your titties. Girls. Okay. Yes, she said tits, clutch your pearls and the rest of you shake your tits. Alright, so this one says, this one's the biggest one, number seven. I would love to know, by the way, when y'all read number seven, when you read number seven on this body rebuild. And if you want it, it's totally free. There's no marketing bullshit. I went over this last week with a lady, she had chronic illness and all she wanted to do was get back to her old self. That's it. I've been there too, where you just, you think, I just wanna get back to my old self. And I corrected her many times. I'm like, that's depression. Trying to live in the past and bring up the dead. You need to let the dead be dead, and now we're gonna integrate. There's a new, there's a new identity, and this is where people get stuck. They just keep repeating the same shit. They keep repeating the same cycles. Even if for a little while it seems like they're doing something shiny, object syndrome, maybe you think oh, I'll just create something else. Or I'll just go sign up with another coach. When really you're never, ever. Changing and stepping into the identity of the healed you like right now, the healed version of you, the successful version, the safe version, the sexiest fuck version. What is she thinking about tonight? What is she worried about the things? Is she saying that she is too? She doesn't have a lot of time. Is she running around, stressed out, feeling responsible and over mothering and over parenting every fucking thing? Everybody. Is she codependent? No. She has a plan, she follows a plan. She doesn't try to be perfect. She strives for it, but if it's not, it doesn't matter because she knows she's there anyway. Who do you think is gonna get better results? That embodiment or one who's stressed the fuck out, gets just thrown off course by something very small happening in that just ruminating on the shit and blaming and just thinking that things need to just go a certain way and then I can feel the way I need to feel like. Who do you think is gonna get results? The other person, you have to do the identity work. We teach identity deeply. But if you don't do the identity work, y'all, this is where you'll end up. Like me, in the past where I look like, shit I showed my mastermind today like a commercial of me on Discovery Channel. It, I call it my Joe Dirt days. I look like fucking Joe Durt straight outta the trailer park. I had fucking, I had, I remember what I felt like. I felt like my mom's like a fucking crack head. Now she is, and then it was totally different story. She just burnt the fuck out pretty much. But I had extensions in, they were like the scraggs extensions ever. Yes, breakthrough blueprints. Legit. I had the craus fucking extensions in with my other hair. Like it was not blended at all. It, you clearly looked like men that have two pays. It looked like I had that on. My skin was horrible. It, I looked just fucking shot out. That's what we call, I'm like, just shot the fuck out my body. Looked good. I looked like, if you cut my head off and everything, I just like a fit girl. But I always like never could get my stomach to look the way I wanted it to. Now 40 years old, fucking a hysterectomy. I have a better stomach than I did in my fitness days anyway. I just look like damnit. And looking back that particular time I had just gotten Shingles. Shingles, y'all in my twenties, late twenties. That's how fucking stressed I was. Just gotten shingles. I had undiagnosed hypothyroid. cause doctors told me I was normal. But later on I found out I was like an 80-year-old on paper in my early twenties. I was 54 on paper and I just kept beating myself.'Cause I thought that you just show up regardless, and that's what I tell y'all. You gotta show up anyway. But it's not in the same energy. I had no idea about trauma work then. I didn't even know it. I remember like alexathymia I just didn't feel, I'd be like, I don't feel stressed. Meanwhile, I was in the fucking red. I can't tell you how unhealthy I was. I had every sensitivity known to man. I was sick every two weeks. I was heavily dependent on caffeine. It was sad looking back, like I've cried many times doing the, past self work, doing the integration work because I just was in such a self-destructive mode like many of you are in right now. Even if you look pretty on the outside, maybe'cause you got some money and you can get your face done or something. Like you can't hide what your energy is like. Your undercurrent energy. Your subconscious energy. But that's what we don't want you to look like where you've got the result but you look like fucking hell. And I'll see testimonials where women have lost the weight but they look sick, they look just. Even they just look really old, washed up and oh my God. Like you can tell you took fat burners and massive amounts of cardio or caffeine and just went all in on your diet and nothing else. And live for you. Just live for your body. Look a certain way. You can tell women who do that versus ones who honor honor their body wisdom and. Heal somatically and do all these things. It's just a different vibe for me personally. I've been the busted ass, and some of you may think I'm ugly as fuck now, but if you saw my ugly photos, bitch, you would be like, we're doing good. I've looked ugly as fuck and had face full of cystic acne. I've looked like, dammit. And then I haven't, and I've been on cover of Mag magazines looking really fucking hot and glam. I'm gonna choose the glam all fucking day. All fucking day. I'm gonna choose that all day and know it's nothing else other than energy. And this is why too. You'll see women who have a lot of money and you would think that they have like safety vibes, but their faces are all fucked up from plastic surgery. That, that exposes what they feel about themself. When you see somebody that just looks dismembered in a way, it's ah, sure, sometimes they can get botched, but you know what I'm, you know where I'm going here. So at the end of the day, I'm gonna speak for myself and most women that I work with, and I don't give a shit who's got anything to say about this? This is my fucking channel, my page, everything. Most women, including myself, we just wanna be fucking hot. We just wanna feel hot. We wanna put on clothes and see a waste. We want to see abs, we want to, and if you don't wanna see abs, then that means you've been fat your whole fucking life. Let's be real. That mean that tells me you've had fat people in your family, your whole fucking life. You've never been around athletes and any type of performance based individuals because you think that shit's normal. I'll never forget when I met one of my ranger clients, I worked with males back in the day. Of course he was fat as fuck when he found me and all this shit. And I said, you're gonna have a six pack. He goes, oh no, I don't have to. I don't have to have that. And I'm like, okay, whatever. Motherfuckers got a six pack carved. It's just so many people think that's too much or whatever. And it's that's how small you've been thinking that because that is where you feel safe is being frumpy and fucking overweight and just like your family like. And there's no shame in here, but I could give a fuck at this point'cause I'm talking about you.'cause I know how you feel. I know how you feel. Deep, deep fucking down. Yeah, we want our waist to be a certain way. We want a snatch fucking waist. We want abs. We want conditioned look, we want to see tone. We wanna see beautiful arm cuts, not soft, flabby, fat fucking arms. Dutch, he looks so good. Do you know Dutch went all in. He went all in. I remember I told him, I was like, you need a. You need to leave, bro. Like you need. We're gonna get you a note. He, we got him medical leave notes for we said some things. He just took off. We did a lot of energy work. Tons of energy work. He was in a toxic relationship. Holy shit. He's now got a girl. I don't know if they're still together, but they were like madly in love. He looks great. He even stepped into his dream career. Thank God. So anyway, that's the, and then he sent his friend to me. His friend was an alcoholic, and he told me I love working with men. I love working with men. I don't do that anymore, but I enjoyed it. I enjoyed it. They're very, I can talk very blunt to them. Some of them like it, some of them don't, but this one did, and he was an alcoholic. His wife was about to, they were about to split up and he had two little girls and we worked together. We did a lot of deeper shadow work with him. And military guys are very just, they're trained machines. They're trained not to feel, and that's what was fucking him up bad. We worked together the drink and stopped. They had another little girl and he was really happy. I need to check on him actually. It's been years, but he did so great and he dove in. Did the same work that some of you girls have, the neutralizers, God, if he had the ai, then shit, the ai, if you are not using ai. The hot moms AI like mine launches this month. Right now I have proprietary prompts that we use for regular Claude or any other ai, but the hot moms ai. You have no idea. You have no fucking idea. I have been using it, like prototype. So you can put more tools in your fucking. What is it called? Your toolbox, because it's not the root issue. And if they would invest and learn how we do it, how they can heal the trauma energy from the nervous system, like of course your gut's gonna fucking heal. Of course your hormones are gonna be better. Of course your insulin resistance is gonna be better. But hey, maybe, maybe having it all, it's just not for everybody. Maybe people just don't want it all. I want it all. Do you girls want it all? Tell me. Do you? Yeah. But seriously though, what else is out there? What is out there? You seem like you know what you're doing. Why won't you just learn how to be authentic? That's what's gonna, it's gonna magnetize. The people anyway. The right people. It's just crazy, man. Tell me right now who's fucking talking about identity nervous system. And yeah, the metabolism, but like the nervous system and the identity work, that's the root issue. It's in your subconscious, it's in your fucking, your genetic makeup. Do you know what I'm saying? That's the fucking root issue. God, I don't know. I just don't understand how people don't see that. Like I see it too, and I'm just not, I'm not fucking impressed. I see these, the bodies and it's first of all, your relationship shit, you're not making the money you wanna make. You still feel deeply insecure and you're not showing up as yourself. So what now? What about this nervous system stuff are you doing, listen, do you need to be a master at it before you start teaching it? No, not at all. Not at all. When I did trauma informed fitness, I was operating from performance energy. Savior, I was, fuck. I was mothering my audience like a son of a bitch. I was mothering my audience just last year, I still fall into feeling overly responsible and like parentification of my audience and parenting my clients. I'm like, God,'cause I see the potential and I deeply care. But I still feel all that stuff, and I have to constantly, work on it. But. Those of you that have been working with me for quite some time, you know the difference. Like you've seen the change in my energy, you've seen the fucking fire you've seen, you have seen and witnessed the motherfucking change in the past few months, in the past few months. Not to mention last year, not to mention 2023. And I can't stop peeling my face from that. Damn. I will nee, I will stop from the laser. Yeah, the gut health thing I'm so fucking tired of. I'm like, God, y'all can go keep moving, but I get it. Women are gonna, they're not ready. They're not ready to change identities. They're not ready for it. They're too afraid of taking responsibility and actually what that's gonna do, because it's the unknown. Let's be real. That's like drinking five cups of ayahuasca. It's the unknown. Not many people are gonna do that. You bitches who work with me, listen you girls, y'all are brave. Y'all. Y'all are brave to work with me. Period. End of story, period. End of story. Yeah. Yep. I think the AI prompts and the neutralizers make a big difference, even though I just started actually TA tackling the Neutralizers, the neutral. The neutralizers are in fucking incredible doing them with ai. When hot mom's AI is done, and then people will catch on to that too. I think we're ahead of the game on that. Like once hot mom's AI comes out, I think that's gonna be the next thing, like how to do it with AI and stuff like that. So that's fun that we're in the beginning, like we're in the front end. That's nice. Menopause and midlife wellness. Yeah. I'm so tired of that shit because it keeps women fucking stuck. It's identity work. They're not needing to pull energy and, all that stuff because they do the neutralizers, they do the ai, and then they usually come in to just either crosscheck something or share a breakthrough or something like that. And then we'll all maybe talk about something that's a little deeper, more personal, like we're doing Skip. They ask a lot of questions about Skip my husband. They, and I was like, Hey, what do you wanna ask'em? Anything? And so the girls ask a lot of different questions, and we're gonna be going over that in the quantum room because it's irrelevant to hot moms. Like when women come in and they really do need to get healthy. They're not, they're sick, their energy's low. Like they need to focus on that one-to-one coaching that comes with it, the hormones to get in your food test, the basic stuff. And it just capacity, honestly, it's capacity. It's just, and then the women who sit there. And if you're in programs, whether it's mine or someone else's, and you feel like you're not getting the results as fast as you'd like, that's when you know you need to upgrade. Always get closer to the coach. You're gonna get faster energy. I paid$120,000 to get closer to the coach. cause I'm like, I knew, mind you, this is coming from somebody that barely had to put two$50 on a fucking credit card to go to her first event. Yeah, I paid 120 grand just to get close and I had already paid him like five or 10 grand to be in the program. And I was like, I just need his more of his one-to-one attention. Attention. And he had something for 50 K where you could go in person and be with him. And I was like I'd luck to just, I've got the money. Actually I didn't, I remember I was did like a, some of my, a bit of business loan and then some of the other stuff. And ended up making millions of dollars because I got closer to his energy, which was like more potent and quick. I didn't, to me, time is worth more money because for me, I knew that if I kept struggling three more years with the same thing, it would just wear me out. I was like, why wouldn't I pay to get, it's like the fast pass at Disney, like, why wouldn't you just pay to get in line, pay to get in front of the line. That's literally what it is when you pay to work closely with a coach Now. Just because you pay a lot doesn't mean that it's gonna be better. At all. At all. You just, you know what I say, if the coach has something where they can specifically look at your question or look at your body or look at something and coach you, you're gonna get better results. So if that's what it, and some people don't need that. Some people don't need that. I just joined a 15,000 mastermind and I don't even talk to coach. She's got coaching calls. I don't even talk to her really. I could, and when I want to, I will. I'm gonna use their ads person, but that I don't feel called, I don't feel, I'm not at a point in my business yet. Maybe it'll happen, when we hit a another this crazy like expansion something and I need somebody that's been there. I'm like, Hey, I'll pay you 20 grand for two days if you'll just look at everything. Save me like 10 years from learning the hard way. Guide me a little bit and I'll figure that out.
